Return Policy

We accept returns for conveyor belts under the following conditions:

a. The return request is initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

b. The conveyor belt is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

c. Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers should contact our customer service team at Rentonebelt@gmail.com to initiate a return. And customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. We recommend you available shipping methods to ensure the safe return of the product.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

All conveyor belts manufactured by Rentone Belt are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages resulting from improper use, maintenance, or any modifications made to the conveyor belt by parties other than Rentone Belt. To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact our customer service team at Rentonebelt@gmail.com and provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Shipping Info

The logistics selection may vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the goods. Normally we deliver the goods by air service (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other express companies designated by our customers), and will send you a notice before the order is shipped out. Once the goods are dispatched, we will update you on the tracking number and estimated time of arrival, so you can track the status of the shipment every step of the way. After you receive the order, please check the goods and packaging to identify if they are in good conditions.
